Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist (OT), Clinical Educator - United Kingdom and Eire

Faith has 19 years of international experience in the field of seating and mobility including an extensive career in the British National Health Service, as well as the private and not-for-profit sectors.

She believes in tailoring clinical training programmes so that participants leave feeling energised with new practical applications to their work. She enjoys integrating field experience and evidence-based information along with emerging concepts from facilitation and design. Workshop participants have fed back ‘she knows her stuff’ and (perhaps Faith’s favourite) ‘you have a good sense of humour on you.’

Faith is an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a postgraduate certificate in Postural Management for People with Complex Disabilities from Oxford Brookes University. She is a member of PMG (Posture and Mobility Group).

Outside of work Faith usually has a project in process, often involving some form of DIY.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Amy currently develops and implements national and international training programs on using Assistive Technology to enhance inclusion, health, and well-being in those with physical disabilities. She also serves a product improvement and development role for Sunrise Medical Australia.

Amy focuses on providing sound solutions that create positive results, even in challenging environments. She consistently implements innovative ideas focused on improving the lives of people with disabilities. She assisted with foundation of Australia's chapter of GoBabyGo, a charitable organization dedicated to early mobility for very young children.

Amy is a dynamic speaker who has lectured extensively on seating and mobility, wound management, and the physical therapy treatment of spinal cord injured clients. She has also traveled to several developing countries, learning and sharing information with their medical communities.

Amy received her ATP certification in 1995, SMS certification in 2015, and Australian Physiotherapy certification in 2018. She is a friend of NRRTS and a member of RESNA. She is an active member of Wheelchairs for Humanity, Health Volunteers Overseas, and offers technology support to Hidden Treasures Home, Fuzhou China.

Amy is an avid cyclist and appreciates the beautiful coastline of Sydney, but still misses the mountains and snow of Colorado.

Clinical & Product specialist - Occupational Therapist (OT)

Based in Italy, Federico graduated with a bachelor of Health Sciences (Occupational Therapy) degree from University of Pavia in 2017. He is the youngest Occupational Therapist that joins this Sunrise Medical Clinical Team, he is a talented and brilliant clinician despite his young age. He gained experience with a lot of Internships in different facilities, being able to see different clinical realities, from spinal units to neurological rehab,  working with blind or visually impaired patients always targeting independence in ADL’s. 

Federico now is one the Product Specialists for Sunrise Medical Italy, his focus are Manual wheelchairs, Pediatric, seating and posture. With his creativeness he supplies relative lack of experience, and thanks to his determination he keeps growing knowledge day by day, and now is ready to share his ideas with others to keep the learning process on.

Federico has lots of interests in his spare time, passing from skiing through steep mountains to surfing rolling waves under a sunset sky.
